Here’s a real killer track. “Boil
The Kettle, Mother” is one of the rawest songs I’ve heard from this era. The
combination of a singer that sounds like someone you don’t want to meet in a
dark alley, the raw production, the great guitar work and the brutal bluesy
rhythm makes this a real gem in the 45 collection. I’m just sorry to say that
the other material The ID made doesn’t reach the same level as the song “Boil The
Kettle, Mother”
